Revopic is the event photo sales platform built on face recognition: upload the full shoot with no photo limit, and every participant finds their own with a selfie. You keep 100 % of each sale and pay one credit per participant who comes in to look.
Accounts are created in the app. The event manager — uploads, pricing and sales — runs in the browser with that same account. No galleries to build, no bib number lists and no chasing anyone on social media.
In your browser, drag the whole folder in: no file limit and no cost per upload, with optional compression and duplicate detection. You can create the event before race day and print its code on the poster.
Each participant opens the app, types the event code and takes a selfie. They instantly see every photo they appear in, with no bib number to remember and no scrolling through thousands of files, and the selfie is deleted when they leave.
Payment goes to your Stripe account in your currency, at the prices and packs you set. Revopic takes no commission on the sale.
Face recognition works the same on a bib in full sunlight as under stage lights. These are the three situations that sell most.
From a marathon to a concert, from a wedding to a conference: if people want their photo, Revopic works. And if you do not sell, you do not spend.
No revenue share. You pay one credit per participant who comes in to look, and nothing else.
No photo cap and no per-file cost: upload the whole shoot, including the frames you later sell.
Multi-currency through Stripe, interface in Spanish and English.
Selfie, personal gallery and payment from the phone, in one session.
Several photographers upload to the same event and each sees their own contribution.
Purchased photos download clean; the shop window carries your PNG logo.
Podium, finish line or awards on the public event page; everything else, selfie only.
What decides the sale is not your gallery: it is how fast someone finds themselves. The Revopic app removes every step in between.
You start with 100 free credits when you create your account, no card needed. After that, one credit is one participant entering the event code to look for their photos. Uploading is free and unlimited: in a 1,000-entry race around 500 usually come in, so you spend 500 credits, not 1,000. Credits never expire and the price per credit drops with volume.
Included when you create your account. Try the full service on a small event: 100 participants looking for themselves, with as many photos as you like.
Already included with your accountFor a club event: 500 participants looking for themselves, with as many photos as you want to upload.
Bought inside the event managerCovers a full road race: up to 2,500 participants coming in to look.
Bought inside the event managerFor a full season or several large events: 5,000 participants looking for themselves.
Bought inside the event managerNo monthly fee and no contract: creating the account, setting up the event and uploading the photos costs nothing, with no file limit. A credit is spent once per participant who enters the code, even if they come back another day. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe (€0.25 + 1.5 % per transaction in the European Union), not by Revopic.
An estimate using typical event-photography ratios: of the people who show up, 60 % come in to look for themselves; of those, 30 % buy, and slightly over half take the full pack. Selling prices: €10 per photo and €25 for the pack with all their photos. Swap in your own and the result moves the same way.
Illustrative figures, not from a specific event — real data pending. Calculated with the credit pack that fits each size and the Stripe fee in the European Union: €0.25 per order plus 1.5 % of the amount. Revopic charges no commission on the sale, so what is left is yours.
Nothing. 100 % of the amount goes to your Stripe account, minus the fee charged by the payment processor itself. Revopic earns from access credits, not from your sales.
A credit is one participant entering the event code to look for their photos. It is spent once per person, however many times they come back. Uploading photos, changing prices, publishing the gallery or downloading your originals costs nothing.
They sign up in the app, type the event code and take a selfie. Their photos appear straight away, with no bib number lookup and no scrolling through thousands of files — which is why conversion beats a classic gallery.
Not by default: every photo in the event is private and only reachable with the event code plus a selfie, so each participant sees their own photos and nothing else. On top of that you can create public galleries — Podium, Finish line, Awards — which do appear on the event web page with no code and no selfie, holding only the photos you pick.
The selfie is used only to find matches and is deleted when they leave the app. It is never published, shared or used for anything else.
Yes. Payouts run through Stripe in the currency you choose, and both the panel and the app are available in Spanish and English.
Yes. You invite them by email: each one uploads their photos and sees their own contribution, with no access to your prices or your sales.
Once every photo is uploaded. If you announce it halfway through, people come in, do not find themselves and rarely come back — the panel has the reminder and ready-made email templates.
Yes. Creating your account gives you 100 welcome credits, no card and no fee: enough for a whole club event. Upload as many photos as you like, keep 100 % of your sales, and only buy a pack once they run out.
That is decided by the crowd, not by you. Out of 1,000 entrants, usually 400 to 600 come in to look: that is your real spend. The manager shows consumption per day and per event before you buy the next pack.
No. Upload the whole shoot, the rejects and the work of several photographers: the number of files does not change what you pay. Only the public galleries on the event web page are capped, at 250 photos.
Yes. You set tiers by number of photos and a pack with all of a participant’s photos, plus per-event coupons.
A photographer never leaves the browser: open the manager on the web, upload one trial shoot and set your prices. See how many people find themselves; there is no monthly fee.
